You can only use this system by invitation. To do so you will require a username and password. Go to "request password" on the menu bar. Just email us and we will send you your login details asap.

Getting Started:

Your username and password will be emailed to you. Once you receive them go to www.uploadfiles.co.uk and enter them in "member login".

Uploading Files:

Once you are logged in you will have the option to browse for files on your desktop. The dialogue is simple to follow and you may upload more than one file. Once you have selected your file or files click on the file upload button and the process will start automatically. Click here for more information.

The File Upload Process:

A pop up window with a progress bar will appear. You will not see this if you have pop ups blocked! However, the process will happen regardless of the blocked pop up. When the files have finished uploading the server will tell you so.

The Proofing Process

This happens via the server automatically as long as you are having PDF proofs! This applies 99% of the time. In the case of hard copy proofs they will be sent by post.

When the studio has produced your proofs they will send them to your file space on our server. You will be automatically emailed when this happens. Simply log in to www.uploadfiles.co.uk and download and view your proofs. Click here for more information.

If you have amendments you can advise us online through this process. If you are ready to sign off your job you can also do this online.
